Pop Star to Pay Up Over Scent Deal

Britney Spears reportedly will pay to end lawsuit on a fragrance deal gone bad.

Britney Spears reportedly has agreed to pay beauty company Brand Sense Partners following a legal battle over a perfume deal, according to reports. The singer had been accused by the brand management and consultant company of cutting them out of a deal. Brand Sense claimed that they were contracted to get 35% of the profits after Britney and Elizabeth Arden agreed to launch the perfume Radiance. In March 2011, Brand Sense Partners filed the lawsuit back, accusing Britney and Jamie Spears of ‘fraud, deceit and breach of contract’.
